New England Fishery Management Council

"The New England Fishery Management Council, one of eight regional councils established by federal legislation in 1976, is charged with conserving and managing fishery resources from three to 200 miles off the coasts of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut"

- From the website, July 20,2018

The council also connects the fishing industry with information about the development of offshore wind projects.

Young Greens of Rhode Island

The Young Greens (also called the Youth Caucus) is the organized youth wing of the Green Party of the United States. Young Greens serve the needs of youth voters and are consistently forming new chapters, on university/college campuses and city-wide local organizations.

The organizational meeting was held on June 16, 2018.

Keep Hopkinton Country

A grass roots effort to preserve Hopkinton, Rhode Island's rural character. and protect our groundwater, wetlands, streams, rivers, farms and forests. This is a response to the state's announcement in 2015 of building a Welcome Center in Hopkinton on Rt 95.

Fix the 6/10

This is related to Moving Together Providence.

Rebuilding the 6/10 Connector was a major mistake. It should have been a ground-level boulevard, but instead we have a massive interchange of bridges that will have to be maintained at great expense for decades. The state government did not listen to the public.
