RI State Conservation Committee

"The Rhode Island State Conservation Committee has been established within the Department of Environmental Management to serve as an agency of the State and to perform the functions conferred upon it by Chapter 2-4 of the Rhode Island General Laws. RI Fruit Growers Assocation

"The Rhode Island Fruit Growers Association, made up of over 30 local farmers, has grown high quality fresh fruits and vegetables for Rhode Island for 100 years. The Rhode Island Fruit Growers Association began in 1913 with a group of dedicated apple orchardists from Providence and Kent Counties. Over the years, RIFGA has expanded to include growers of many tree fruits, as well as berries."
