The PHA offers the following Adult Education Programs at its main Resident Services Department facility – the Thomas J. Anton Community Center – located in the Hartford Park family development at 50 Laurel Hill Avenue. For more information or to enroll in a class call (401) 709-6422.

The following additional Adult Education Programs are offered at the PHA’s Education & Training Center (ETC) located in its Codding Court family development at 144 Dodge Street.
