The Grants and Outreach Manager reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for the organization’s grant writing and grant cultivation strategy. Just as importantly, this person oversees the creation and implementation of communications strategies that build relationships with donors, funders, volunteers, community partners and media. At times, this position is supported by interns and/or VISTA staff. The Grants and Outreach Manager works closely with the Executive Director, the Development Director and the Development Associate.
