Thursday morning, July 21, at URI, the RI Office of Energy Resources will hold a public workshop on the Invenergy power plant proposal for Burrillville. The purpose of this workshop is to provide the public with information regarding OER’s approach to issuing the advisory opinion (described in this link) and to solicit comments from the public on the issues specific to its advisory opinion. The workshop will include an administrative update and technical presentation given by OER, followed by an opportunity for public comment.
